Email sending from Corppass was intermittent from 20 May 11pm to 21 May 5.35pm

We noticed that there have been emails that have failed to be sent from 11pm on 20 May till 5.35pm 21 May. We are investigating this with our email provider, and in the process of resending important emails to our users.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. If you are expecting an email from Corppass (eg activation email for new Corppass account) but have failed to get it, please wait for us to resend this, or write in to support@corppass.gov.sg with relevant details if you need this urgently.
